NYC-based soprano Caitleen Kahn is dedicated to facilitating universal access to the arts. In addition to her work with Musicambia, she is Administrative Coordinator of UpBeat NYC, a free after-school music program for children in the South Bronx. She is also co-founder and director of Lynx Project, a nonprofit connecting audiences and performers through meaningful art song performances.
Outside of her admin positions, Caitleen is an active performer of opera and art song. She is graduate of Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and Eastman School of Music, and her primary teachers have included Kathryn Cowdrick and Timothy Noble.
In her free time, Caitleen enjoys teaching violin at UpBeat NYC, running and competing with the Dashing Whippets Running Team, and exploring the city!
